The May Fair is this years’ official hotel for London Fashion Week and, as part of a whole host of activities, May Fair Kitchen, the Mediterranean-sharing menu restaurant has created a bespoke Fashion Week menu, comprising of a range of deliciously healthy dishes.

To mirror the stylish, chic and elegant nature of London Fashion Week, the chefs at May Fair Kitchen have created an exclusive menu, including a host of unique and tasty dishes. Options, including a nutritious quinoa, pickled vegetables and roasted squash salad, a gingery carrot soup made with carrot, ginger and almond oil, and a crunchy goji salad with cabbage, fresh ginger, goji berry and dry fruits cider vinegar dressing, have all been designed to tantalise the taste buds.

The May Fair Bar has also created a range of exclusive signature cocktails inspired by New York, London, Milan and Paris. Cocktails include La Milanese, created with rose syrup, jasmine syrup, passion fruit puree and Moet & Chandon, and the city’s namesake, the London made with Belvedere vodka, Cointreau, ginger syrup, hibiscus syrup, grapefruit, lemon, egg white and fresh basil.

The limited menu is available for the duration of London Fashion Week (15th – 25th September). A healthy and tasty twist on May Fair Kitchen’s already great menu.
