Lords of Poké, the independent Californian-style poké professionals, are adding a festive twist to their menu for December.

After 18 months in a pandemic, which saw their Paddington venue close, Lords of Poké dusted themselves down and quietly opened their Soho site on Old Compton Street in August this year. Blending traditional Hawaiian poké with playful Californian flavour combinations, Lords of Poké brings a completely new offering to the capital.

Customers can get into the festive spirit by ordering Christmas specials including:

Christmas Special Bowl – £7.50

Turkey katsu with a Christmas rice stuffing base, pickled red cabbage, edamame, shredded carrot, miso roasted brussels, cranberry ponzu & crispy kale topped with a bacon crisp

Christmas Spiced Cranberry Margarita – £9.50

Ginger & cinnamon syrup, tequila, lime, cranberry juice & triple sec

Guests can choose from carefully composed poké bowls such as Lords TunaKorean Chicken and Teriyaki Tempeh or opt to ‘build their own’ bowl suited to their taste; all created using exceptionally fresh, unprocessed and locally sourced ingredients.

From 5pm, Lords of Poké change it up with their evening menu offering an array of snacks and sharing dishes such as Kalua pork ribs with pineapple kimchi and blackened fish tacos with slaw, avocado & charred tomato salsa; as well as delicious poké bowls including mango salmon tataki – blow torched salmon fillet with mango ponzu, furikake, courgettie, mango salsa, pickled beets, edamame, shaved radish, sesame, spring onion & sushi rice. Guests can top their meal off with a tongue-in-cheek pudding such as the happy endings ice cream sandwich.
