LAVO’s unlimited brunch merges Italian coastal dishes with a stateside twist for Thanksgiving

Available on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November from 12–4pm, the brunch goes stateside with festive favourites.
Guests will be welcomed with a Cherry Boulevardier, LAVO’s Thanksgiving take on the arrival cocktail, before indulging in a feast that blends Italian coastal flair with American comfort. Highlights include a generous Antipasti selection with artisanal breads, seasonal salads, and Italian cured meats, followed by a Seafood Bar piled high with lobster, Jersey Rock oysters, and prawns.
At the Carvery Station, chefs will be carving stuffed turkey, alongside hearty seasonal sides such as mac and cheese, roast corn with garlic butter, finishing with desserts like Brown Butter Apple Cake or LAVO’s signature Chocolate Peanut Butter cake.
The Thanksgiving Unlimited Brunch is priced at £95 per person and includes the welcome cocktail on arrival, unlimited food across all stations, and the option to pair the experience with festive-inspired drinks — from Mimosas and Espresso Martinis to LAVO’s fiery Bloody Mary with Grey Goose vodka and pecorino romano.
With American-themed tunes setting the mood, this special Thanksgiving brunch promises a lively, celebratory atmosphere, perfect for festive gatherings with friends and family.
