Donald Russell have now launched a selection of new Lamb and Pork Stuffed Roasts, all cut, rolled and tied by hand. They are stuffed with a juicy, flavoursome stuffings selection and assembled.
The butchers have selected cuts that will roast up to a succulent finish, boned them and carefully trimmed them to the exact size and shape required.
The range includes Pork Belly Stuffed with Meatloaf, Pork Shoulder Stuffed with Mushroom Duxelle, Pork Shoulder Stuffed with Black Pudding, Pork Shoulder Stuffed with Meatloaf, Pork Shoulder Stuffed with Roast Peppers, Lamb Shoulder Stuffed with Meatloaf, Lamb Saddle Stuffed with Spinach Garlic and Lamb Leg Stuffed with Roast Peppers.
Slow Cooked Mains
Donald Russell have also just launched a new range of Slow Cooked Mains, all of which are pre-cooked’sous vide’ ready to be warmed in the oven with the aim of serving a restaurant quality dish in under an hour.
The selection of chef’s favourites includes Slow Cooked Beef Brisket in Stout Gravy, Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder in Mint & Rosemary and Slow Cooked Smoky Chicken Crown.
