On the 14thof January Smoking Goat, the Thai barbecue bar in Shoreditch, will team up with Lee Tiernan of Black Axe Mangal for the return of the infamous Offal Mondays.
Smoking Goat’s Ali Borer and Tiernan are collaborating on a menu which is a mash up of their respective cooking styles. Both chefs have championed offal and lesser used cuts across their restaurant’s menus in recent years and dishes Lee and Ali are working on include:
