Park Chinois, London’s opulent Asian restaurant and home to Dim Sum in Mayfair have a summer collaboration with French Bloom, the organic, alcohol- free, French sparkling wine, and a floral façade from British florist Lucy Vail.
diners can enjoy a selection of Park Chinois’ signature dumplings and dishes paired with French Bloom by the glass and three limited-edition, bespoke cocktails.
On arrival, guests are greeted by a floral installation designed by award- winning British florist, Lucy Vail, and created in collaboration with French Bloom.
Renowned for ‘bringing the outside in’ through bold use of colour and theatrical flair, Lucy has created an immersive botanical wonderland incorporating Foxtail Lilies, Delphiniums, Roses, Daisies, Cosmos and twisted willows that are reminiscent of a secret garden.
Summer in bloom is further mirrored on the menu with French Bloom, produced and bottled in the South-West of France. “Le Blanc” boasts a Chardonnay pear aroma and tropical notes while “Le Rosé” combines depth and grace with rose petals and delicate notes of peach and wild berries.
Available every Thursday and Friday from 12pm in Salon de Chine, the French Bloom paired Dim Sum Lunch menu is
complemented by the choice of three handcrafted no or low alcohol French Bloom cocktails: La Provence – Strawberry & Basil with Le Rosé, Le Fleur De Mayfair – Kumquat, Lemonthyme & Ginger with Le Blanc and La Ballade – Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino, Sipello Gooseberry Aperitif with Le Blanc.
Executive Chef Che Liang Lee has a selection of Park Chinois’s most celebrated dumplings, including the Summer Truffle, Ibérico Siew Long Bao and Scampi Shumai with Tobiko Caviar & Chicken to start.
To follow, there are larger plates such as the Grilled Black Cod with Chilli Jam or Wagyu Beef Bavette with Mushrooms & Sweet Basil and a choice of sides including Udon Noodle Soup and Stir-Fried Summer Kale.
