On Tuesday 22nd March Perrier-JouÃƒÂ«t Champagne and London venue, Club Gascon will host an evening tasting of four prestige champagnes paired with a menu of dishes from the South West of France.
Michelin Star Chef, Pascal Aussignac Ã¢â‚¬â€œ already no stranger to Perrier- JouÃƒÂ«t with his 2014 signature dish La Foie Gras Belle Epoque Ã¢â‚¬â€œ is working alongside Perrier-JouÃƒÂ«t’s wine-maker Eric Trichard for this one off evening.
Chef Pascal has created a bespoke menu to compliment the chosen wines whilst also incorporating his own unique take on the flavours of the pine-infused countryside and salt-washed shores of Gascony in South West France.
On the evening, guests will be welcomed to a Perrier- JouÃƒÂ«t Champagne & canapÃƒÂ© reception before being seated to enjoy four courses served alongside the four wines which will be presented by Perrier- JouÃƒÂ«t’s wine-maker.
The halo dish of the evening – ‘Red Hot Chilli Berries’ Ã¢â‚¬â€œ will be served up alongside Perrier- JouÃƒÂ«t Blason Rose and will remain on Club Gascon’s A La Carte menu throughout the month of April for visitors to enjoy.
