Randy’s Wing Bar is the UK’s original chicken wing restaurant and bar- a first of its kind – which celebrates and elevates the humble chicken wing.
Founders and wing connoisseurs Rich and Andy embarked upon a chicken wing pilgrimage across the USA before developing sauces paired with free-range Norfolk chicken back at home and creating Randy’s Wing Bar.
Randy’s is now set to open a sister site a stone’s throw from both Aldgate and Tower Hill Underground stations.
The slick City set-up boasts 56 covers with the same menu from the East End mothership which has won legions of loyal fans. New additions include baked oysters, succulent sliders and a bespoke wing flavour, alongside Randy’s original gourmet chicken wings with homemade sauces – from classic Buffalo with truffle blue cheese, to Gong Bao with pickled pineapple and Sichuan pepper – as well as chicken burgers, loaded fries, tempting sides and an indulgent dessert.
Randy’s will be introducing counter culture for busy City workers at lunchtime, offering a selection of salad boxes, wraps or boneless wings to-go in record time.
A line-up of beers sourced from breweries in England, Scotland and Wales will be curated by craft beer merchants Kicking Horse.
