Sainsbury’s is to open BAR HUMBUG, a festive pop-up bar in the heart of London.

mcith_sainsburys.jpgAt the heart of the attraction will be a cocktail tasting and making masterclass for which the retailer has teamed up with mixology geniuses Sweet & Chilli to create a limited range of cocktails inspired by Quality Street chocolates – perfect for Christmas revellers with a sweet tooth.

You xab buy tickets for the event here and choose from cocktails inspired by the Green Triangle, the Big Purple Oneâ„¢ or Orange Crunch. The bartenders will be on hand not just to mix up a favoured flavour, but will also show guests how to make their own version of the confectionary concoctions using a range of Sainsbury’s Christmas liqueurs and cocktail mixers.

BAR HUMBUG forms part of Sainsbury’s Christmas Cracker – a one off event opening its doors on New Oxford Street from Friday 7th to Saturday 8th December.

Cheese lovers are set to melt as they craft a seriously Instagrammable platter in a plating and pairing masterclass from industry experts and celebrity favourites, GRAPE and Fig. 

Set to show that you eat with your eyes, this tutorial will tantalise the taste buds, giving you the opportunity to sample some festive flavours – including the likes of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Truffle Cheddar – all while learning which colours and textures belong together to style something truly scrumptious to take home.
