Head Chef Agnar Sverrisson who is Icelandic and Executive sommelier Xavier Rousset both met whilst working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons where they came up with the idea for a restaurant where light, healthy food and exquisite wines were of equal importance.
Texture Restaurant have also created a Rejuvenation Menu incorporating ingredients known for their capacity to offset the effects of fatigue and promote well-being. Designed to refresh the body as well as the mind, this menu is the perfect antidote to the doom and gloom of the winter months.
