Perched high above the London skyline, Madison’s terrace returns with a refreshed identity – partnering once again with Aperol to unveil its 2025 Spritz Terrace: a celebration of the Italian aperitivo set against the backdrop of St Paul’s Cathedral.

The terrace has been reimagined as an urban oasis. Highlights include a bespoke infinity pool-inspired seating installation with cascading water features, and Aperol’s signature orange rendered in glowing accents.

While the Aperol Spritz remains the centrepiece – bittersweet, effervescent and iconic – it’s joined by several compelling companions:

• Aperol Spritz: The classic aperitivo: Prosecco, Aperol, soda water, and a slice of orange.
• Campari Spritz: A bolder take: Prosecco, Campari, soda, with a refined edge.
• Sarti Spritz: A fruit-forward blend of Prosecco, Sarti Rosa, soda, and lime, with notes of mango, passionfruit, and blood orange.
• Crodino Spritz: A sophisticated non-alcoholic spritz option, with a blend of botanicals that’s then left to infuse for 6 months to give it that distinctive bittersweet taste.

Guests can now enjoy Madison’s ever-popular weekend brunch with a sun-soaked twist: bottomless Aperol Spritz. Think Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffles, Crab Benedict, and Truffle Scrambled Eggs – each dish crafted to pair perfectly with a chilled spritz.

For all-day dining, the à la carte menu still impresses, featuring standout plates like Garlic Shrimp Rigatoni alla Vodka – rich, creamy, and with just the right kick – or the Teriyaki Fillet of Sea Bass, paired with a miso datterini salad, samphire, and nori.

In the heart of the King’s Road, Bluebird Chelsea invites guests to step into The Secret Garden – a sun-dappled summer terrace brought to life with blooming botanicals and blush pink florals. Here, every moment is viewed through rosé-tinted glasses, where the spirit of Provence meets the vibrant energy of West London.

The bespoke menu features an enticing selection of Mirabeau wines and rosé and gin cocktails, making for a perfect toast to long, sunlit days and balmy evenings.

Adding to the summer charm, Bluebird Chelsea will host an exclusive Endless Lunch on Friday 15th August, where guests can enjoy Mirabeau rosé and a sharing style menu for £65pp. It’s the ultimate way to soak up the sun and savour the season in style.

This summer, German Gymnasium invites you to raise a stein to the season on its vibrant Biergarten-Terrasse. With crisp, refreshing pours of authentic Warsteiner Pilsner, guests can savour the essence of a German summer right in the heart of London.

Embrace gemütlichkeit as you bask in the sunshine, stein in hand. 

The brand new Kinematographie cocktail menu is a cinematic tribute to the legends of German film. Each carefully crafted drink is inspired by an iconic title from the golden age of German cinema, resulting in an expressive menu that is bold and full of flavour.

The menu includes:

• The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari: Monkey 47, St. Germain, Maraschino, Kiwi, Lime & Soda water
• Metropolis: Casamigos Tequila, Bleu Curacao, Mint & Wasabi, and Mexican Lime Soda
• Dr. Mabuse: Dalmore 12, Amaretto, Banana Liqueur, Coconut cream & lemon
