Borough Market neighbours Ginger Pig and Shuk; have joined forces and are collaborating on a limited edition’Weekend Brisket Pita Box’.
Shuk;, the Tel Aviv inspired street food stall in Borough Market, has always used Ginger Pig as their supplier of super high-quality meat but this time the two are coming together to deliver a one-off collaboration kit, available for 4 weeks only!
The Ginger Pig brisket is lovingly cooked for 12 hours with date honey, baharat spices and sweet red wine resulting in the most divine and tender braised brisket. The kit includes all of the toppings and instructions to recreate this epic pita at home.
For £25 plus delivery, the kit will contain everything needed to make four delicious filled pittas, including:
Braised Brisket
Smoky Mayo
Pickled Red Onions
Sliced Red Leicester
Cheese Baby Gem
Pita Bread
Delivery will be available within the M25 and Nationally on Friday and Saturday, every week until Saturday 5th December.
Alongside the collaboration kit, Shuk’s two hugely popular signature pita kits will still be available for purchase, lamb meatball and fish tagine, as well as their two babka kits, Date & Pistachio and Chocolate, Hazelnut & Cookie Crumb, ready to prepare and bake fresh at home.
