Another crowd pleaser is the ‘Mac N Cheese Bon Bons’ served with truffle mayo and the perfect canapes-esque dish to enjoy while entertaining guests. For those looking for plant-based offerings, to enjoy are the ‘Shitake Mushroom Gyoza’ with mushroom tea and picked radish and refreshing ‘Apple and fennel salad’.
