TOZI Grand Cafe, in Battersea Power Station’s new art’otel is launching a new Italian Afternoon Tea for one month in partnership with Good & Proper Tea

Served on classic tiered bone china from 3pm – 5pm every day in the double height restaurant, the afternoon tea offering will feature three layers of Italian delicacies from across the country.

The top tier will feature house baked pasticcini, such as Morello cherry & hibiscus crostata, chocolate & Earl Grey torta and Strawberry & Green Tea infused macarons. The second tier, underneath the pastries is a selection of Maritozzi, delicious buns filled with fluffy whipped cream and jam.

The tea’s savoury tier features miniature paninis that sandwich delicious flavoursome antipasti and charcuterie between freshly baked ciabatta, focaccia, and pane Carasau.

TOZI Grand Cafe’s Italian Afternoon Tea is priced at £28 per person and served with a selection of Good & Proper tea infusions such as Green Tea and Hibiscus as well as traditional blends of Earl Grey and English Breakfast. Guests can choose from TOZI Grand Cafe’s selection of Champagne, Franciacorta, and Prosecco to add sparkle to the occasion.

With interiors designed by award-winning Spanish artist and designer, Jaime Hayon, recognized as one of the most influential creators of the past decade by Wallpaper* and Times magazines, the restaurant is dotted with hanging sculptural light fittings and tapestries, while its al fresco terrace looks on to the Grade II listed Battersea Power station. A truly impressive location in which to enjoy a uniquely Italian afternoon tea.
