Spanish Restaurant Iberica Launches Veganuary Hamper, DIY Kit and Vegan Delivery Service for January

mcith_DSC04353.jpgSpanish restaurant group Iberica, have created a range of healthy vegan options to be enjoyed at the comfort of your own home. 

The group have launched their Vegan Cook At Home DIY kit and their own Vegan Hamper which are both available for Nationwide delivery. 

Iberica have also added their signature vegan dishes on Deliveroo and on their online shop, which will be delivered straight to your door and is available for local delivery within 2.5 miles from all of their branches. 

This vegan range will celebrate traditional dishes, wine and the culture of Spain all carefully curated by Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano, taking inspiration from Asturias where he grew up.



Delivered straight to your door for you and your family to finish off at home, the recipe box will come with instructions and fresh and organic ingredient. 

Diners can rustle up Toasted bread with tomato, Padrones, Patatas Bravas with spicy brava sauce, Griddled Aubergine steak with vegetable glaze, Fried artichoke with lemon zest, Tomato, Avocado and Basil, Escalivada with olive tapenade and Pisto Murciano for a vegan feast.

The Vegan Wicker Hamper is also available for nationwide delivery, which contains plant based goodies such as: Les Garrigues Hazelnuts in glass jar, Caprichos Artichoke hearts in vinegar, Reganhas wafer snacks, Sweet smoked paprika, Organic Membrillo paste (Quince), Whole hand peeled lodosa piquillo peppers, Quique Dacosta bag of Arborio rice and Quique Dacosta vegetable stock.

Also available on Iberica’s online shop and Deliveroo are three special dishes for the month,. Each dish allows you to enjoy the different regions of Spain, highlights include: Crispy Aubergine, typical in Andalucia, Pisto Murciano, a dish typical across the whole of Spain but with a Murcia twist and Escalivada with Olive Tapenade.
