VyTA Ã¢â‚¬â€œ a design-led Italian venue and cocktail bar concept has come over from Italy with its debut opening in Covent Garden.
The first venue with a cocktail bar outside of Italy, VyTA Covent Garden opens all day serving breakfast and brunch through to dinner and beyond.
Spread across three floors, the expansive 200-cover venue has a main restaurant with a 24-cover lounge (80 if standing) as well as a basement with a further 45-covers to include private dining.
An all-year-round feature is a 110-cover all-weather heated outdoor terrace in the epicentre of the famous Covent Garden piazza.
Highlights of the menu include Pluma Di Cinta Senese – Pork Neck, Roasted Winter Roots, Sweet Potato Cream; Risotto Rosa – Red Beetroot, Gorgonzola Cream, Candid Lemon; Prawn Carpacci – Red Prawns with Marinated Vegetables, Burrata Cream and Pomegranate; Il Raviolo – Homemade Ravioli with Genovese filling, Roasted Chestnuts with Truffle and Autunno Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Cream of Pumpkin, Figs, Toasted Hazelnuts and Crispy Pumpkin skin.
There will be live DJ nights every Thursday to Saturday, 7pm Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 11pm.
