This Christmas at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, guests can enjoy a selection of celebratory menus and wine pairings created by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet.

On Christmas Eve, guests can enjoy dishes such as the ‘Cauliflower velouté, black truffle’, ‘Seared Duck Foie Gras, Jerusalem artichoke’, finished with’Yule Log our way’. 

The Christmas Day menu features dishes such as the ‘Hand-dived Sea Scallop, cauliflower’, ‘Fillet of Turbot, Swiss chard and citrus’ and ”Jaune des Landes’ capon, truffled ‘caillette’, cranberries’. 

The New Year’s Eve Menu is composed of two sittings. The first sitting features dishes such as ‘Scottish Langoustine, caviar’, ‘Fillet of Turbot ‘à la marinière” and ‘Chocolate delight’. The second sitting includes dishes such as ‘Native Lobster, ratte potatoes, wild mushrooms’, the ‘Saddle of Denbighshire venison, pumpkin and tuber melanosporum’ and the ‘Farmhouse Vacherin’. 

For the rest of the Festive Season, friends and family can hold their own private gatherings in the restaurant, choosing to book one of the restaurant’s popular private dining rooms; the intimate Salon Privé which seats up to 12 guests or the larger Salon Park Lane which accommodates up to 30 people. 

Guests can also choose the semi-private Table Lumière which, surrounded by a veil of 4,500 shimmering fibre optic lights, is an enchanting dining experience for up to 6 people. Guests dining in Table Lumière have the option to choose from a rare selection of vintage Hermès crockery to create their own table setting.
