The restaurateur behind Zuma, LPM and COYA brings the spirit of Tuscany to Belgravia this November.

Arjun Waney OBE will open Osteria Panzano, a 100-cover Italian restaurant at 10–12 William Street, Belgravia, in mid-November 2026.

Inspired by Tuscany, the restaurant celebrates seasonal produce, traditional Italian cooking, open-fire grilling and exceptional wines. The concept reflects Waney’s personal connection to the Chianti village of Panzano, where he found inspiration in the region’s food, wine and relaxed approach to dining.

Head Chef Paolo Parlanti, a Tuscan native with more than 25 years of international experience, leads a seasonal menu featuring ribollita, black truffle cacio e pepe, roast turbot and steaks cooked over open coals.

An open rotisserie and grill anchor the dining room, complemented by a chef’s table, Italian wine list, cheese and charcuterie shop, private dining room, terrace and cigar humidor.

Interiors by London studio Sagrada, led by David D’Almada, combine walnut, travertine, antique copper and bronze to create a warm, timeless atmosphere.

Arjun Waney OBE, Founder, said:

“Having celebrated Japan, Peru and France through my restaurants, I felt a truly phenomenal Italian restaurant was missing. Osteria Panzano brings the authentic food, wine and generous spirit of Tuscany to London. I think it’s going to be fantastico!”
