Restaurateur Roberto Costa, known for his restaurant group, Macellaio RC, has now opened the doors to Fish Game, London’s Canary Wharf.

Unsurprisingly, Fish Game puts seasonal, sustainable British ingredients centre stage, showcased by a pared-back seasonal changing menu of the UK’s best game and fish – sourced from around the UK and surrounding waters.

Monkfish from Cornwall, langoustines from Isle of Skye, game meat from Windsor Park and mutton from Yorkshire are all simply cooked over the ash and charcoal on the bank of wood and charcoal grills for a spot of culinary theatre whilst dining.

The menu features dishes such as; Rabbit croquettes with marjoram mayonnaise and lemon zest, Native Oysters, Tirella bread with offal, rabbit, lemon and parsley gravy, Trout on toast with mussel mayonnaise, Mussels with venison nduja and Monkfish slow cooked over charcoal.

Executive Head Chef, Matthew Colk (previously, the Roast and The Gun Pub) is working closely alongside Roberto to bring Fish Game to Life.

At the Agave Bar, where Aperitivo will be served daily, bringing a touch of Roberto’s home, Italy, to London. The wine list menu will include some of the finest wines worldwide, both old and new, with a large focus on small artisan producers.

Samuele Lombardi, Fish Game’s head bartender will be serving classic cocktails with a twist, alongside fronting an exciting collaboration with El Camion tequila, offering a selection of different tequilas and Mezcal.
