The new restaurant will be the fourth opening from Emerald Hospitality Group, taking over the iconic old Sake no Hana site on St James’s Street.

Made up of three areas – the main dining room, a vast outdoor terrace, and ground floor bar & lounge, Riviera’s menu will be based on sharing-style dishes, divided up into a selection of starters, which include Grapefruit King Crab salad, and Lemongrass Marinated Scallops.

In the meat section there will be a Veal Chop marinated in Dijon mustard, or a supreme Chateaubriand.

From the shores of Cote d’Azur, Riviera will serve the finest sea food including Lobster with Yuzu Butter, and Sea Bass Papillote. All taking inspiration from the French Rivera hotspots Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, and Antibes.

Riviera will also be offering the deluxe desserts, including the famous Tarte Tatin, and a delicate Pistache Millefeuille.

On the drink’s menu, the restaurant will cater an extensive, carefully curated wine list, including an array of high-end wines and Champagnes from France, as well as international wines that should pair perfectly with their food from the Cote d’Azur.

From 21st April to 5th May, Riviera will be offering a 30% discount to all diners for its soft launch.
