Pavyllon, the London restaurant debut from one of the world’s most awarded chefs, Yannick Alléno, is now open, alongside dedicated bar, Bar Antoine.

Set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Pavyllon brings Chef Yannick’s refined neighbourhood dining style to London, offering a British expression of his signature modern French dishes, within one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses.

Known for his commitment to modern French cuisine, Chef Yannick has become particularly renowned for his focus on the importance of sauce – as seen in his revolutionary ‘Extraction’ technique which he pioneered in order to reinvent how sauces were considered – and created.

Menus at Pavyllon, as such, are built on the idea of sauces as a foundation, as well as French gastronomy and techniques generally, with Chef Yannick, alongside Executive Chef Andy Cook and Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell having also drawn inspiration from seasonal British produce to create a truly modern dining experience.

Similarly, Bar Antoine also celebrates gastronomy, yet in a more light-hearted way; in tribute to Chef Yannick’s late son Antoine, who was himself an up-and-coming Chef. An innovative, culinary-led cocktail list (including a Mushroom Foam Espresso Martini) from Michele Lombardi, Head Mixologist, who has joined from The Ritz and Ivan Arena, Bar Manager is coupled with an extensive food menu featuring dishes that evoke a sense of nostalgia – such as the Antoine’s Burger.
