The Dragon is the fifth of the twelve year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese Lunar calendar, symbolising power, nobleness, honour, luck and success.

And Pasta Evangelists has launched its latest pasta innovation – the Pasta Dragon – for a limited time only. This unique shape comprises a fresh egg pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, crafted into the shape of a Dragon’s tail, served with a fiery tomato sauce. The new creation brings together the spirit of both Chinese tradition and Italian folklore.

The new Pasta Dragon dish will be exclusively available to order online via Pasta Evangelists takeaway platforms from 9th February, including Deliveroo and UberEats.

Pasta Evangelists will also be running a special class at their flagship Pasta Academy to celebrate Chinese New Year, where guests will be served a selection of antipasti on arrival, before learning how to make the unique ‘Pasta Dragon’ dish while sipping on unlimited prosecco throughout.

The class will take place on Thursday 8th February at the Farringdon Academy – simply book through this link to guarantee your place.
