As autumn settles in, Bōkan – the rooftop restaurant and bar in Canary Wharf – is embracing the turn of the season with an updated seasonal menu.

At the restaurant on the 37th floor, Executive Chef Robert Manea showcases seasonal British produce, all set against glittering panoramic views of the London skyline.

The curated menu champions dishes like Scottish grilled salmon, chickpeas & nduja ragout, and the richness of dry-aged sirloin paired with green asparagus and potatoes with green peppercorn sauce. There’s honey cake with elderflower ice cream or milk chocolate mousse, hazelnut crunch and tropical jelly with mango sorbet.

In collaboration with Hendrick’s Gin, the 39th floor terrace is the perfect escape whatever the weather, complete with a retractable roof.  Bar Manager Generoso D’Avino’s has created new seasonal cocktails – including the Lychee & Blossom, It’s Thyme, Highland Fig, and Island Breeze.

Bōkan 38 (the bar) and 39 (the terrace) is open daily, with late hours on Fridays and Saturdays. The rooftop operates on a walk-in basis, while tables at the bar can be booked via: bokanlondon.co.uk/bar/
