A new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in an old townhouse will deliver lunch and late night dining
Launching this June on Seymour Street in Marylebone, Mour is a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant from The Leonard Hotel in partnership with Emerald Hospitality Group. Designed to appeal to both neighbourhood regulars and visitors alike, Mour aims to bring a fresh all-day dining concept to the area.

Located within a restored Georgian townhouse and with its own entrance on Seymour Street, the restaurant will feature 60 covers, including a 20-seat courtyard complete with a retractable roof for year-round dining.
Mour’s menu will centre around seasonal British ingredients interpreted through a Mediterranean lens. Expect shareable, produce-driven dishes highlighting responsibly sourced meat and seafood, house-made pastas, and vibrant seasonal vegetables. The offering is designed to deliver everything from laid-back lunches to more refined evening dining.
At the heart of the restaurant, a striking bar with counter seating and double-height ceilings should create a lively social atmosphere. Guests can enjoy signature martinis alongside a curated wine list focused on Mediterranean regions.
Created in collaboration with Marta Gaset Studio, original features such as fireplaces and library-inspired spaces are paired with marble finishes, artwork, rich textiles, and modern detailing to create a warm, sophisticated setting. Outside, the courtyard hopes to evoke the relaxed charm of Tuscany — a hidden escape in the centre of Marylebone.
Founder Saachi Sehgal, grew up with his sister Sienna at the family-owned Leonard Hotel next door, and the project draws inspiration from those early memories of comfort, hospitality, and familiarity. The aim was to create a space that feels polished yet welcoming — elegant without being overly formal.
The restaurant’s name references its Seymour Street location while reflecting its philosophy of embracing “more” in life. As Saachi explains, Mour is about “the lingering lunches, another glass of wine, and conversations that continue long into the evening.”
Mour hopes introduce a new style of all-day dining to Marylebone — one that evolves naturally from morning coffee through to late-night cocktails — while ushering in a new era for The Leonard Hotel and its historic surroundings.
