Marylebone just welcomed a brand new Mediterranean restaurant and martini bar spot.

At the heart of Mour is a menu influenced by a relaxed approach to dining, where seasonal ingredients, generous sharing and simple, confident cooking take centre stage.

The menu brings together dishes rooted in the flavours and traditions of the Mediterranean.

From smaller plates such as tataki di seabass with roasted garlic ponzu and graffiti aubergine to beef carpaccio.

While the mains showcase dishes like tiger prawn tagliolini enriched with shellfish bisque, brie tortelloni with rainbow chard and a duo of lamb served with rosemary jus.

Vegetables are given equal attention, with dishes such as flamed cauliflower with coriander pistou and toasted almonds highlighting the quality of seasonal produce.

Complementing the food is a wine list that draws on some of Europe’s most celebrated wine-producing regions and cocktails that balance classic serves and Mour’s own signatures.

Guests can also order the Blind Faith Martini, where they simply choose their preferred base spirit and leave the rest in the hands of the bartender. Designed to move effortlessly from aperitivo hour into late evening drinks, the bar offers a playful yet refined approach to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
