New luxury chocolate brand Cocoa Hernando has launched four delicate flavours available exclusively from www.cocoahernando.com and notonthehighstreet.com  and just in time for Valentine’s Day too.

The travel inspired flavoured chocolate discs combine  Tastes from around the world with quality Belgian chocolate made from beans grown in Ghana and the Ivory Coast, all produced in the UK by chocolatier Paul Tomlinson and inspired by his love of travel.

Each of the four flavours represent a country and have been devised to stimulate the senses while conjuring up feelings of adventure, nostalgia and new discovery. Products are uniquely packaged and can be printed bespoke if required, all adding to the quality finish of this exciting new range.

  • o Masala Chai: this is a traditional Indian spice mix, with heady aromas of cinnamon and cardamom blended with milk chocolate. It’s the company’s flagship product, and was inspired by Paul’s trip to Kerela
  • o Raspberry: this flavour is all about nostalgia, devised by Paul to reflect tastes from his childhood picking berries in the Lake District in northern England. This dark Chocolate is delicately flavoured with rich cocoa undertones
  • o Mandarin: inspired by the fruit given out for luck by the Chinese at new year, this dark chocolate blend has a deep citrus overtone
  • o Himalayan Rock Salt: the combination of sweet and salty make this milk chocolate a winner. The opulent ingredient signifies discovery of new flavours using an historic ingredient of the Nepalese mountain range

Each box is priced at £10 and can be personalised. Available from www.cocoahernando.com and notonthehighstreet.com.
