Bombay Brasserie, one of the world’s most iconic restaurants, is offering customers a unique opportunity to witness at first hand how it conjures up some of the finest food outside the Subcontinent from the week beginning 27th July 2009 until 26th September 2009.

The restaurant recently reopened its doors after a grand refurbishment programme and is now more drop dead gorgeous than ever before. Its stunning conservatory area has been transformed and now features a chef’s table that provides wonderful food theatre.

It is within this fabulous setting that Bombay Brasserie’s Executive Chef, Prahlad Hegde, will be demonstrating key dishes from a menu that is renowned throughout the world for blending tradition and authentic cooking with contemporary presentation.

The price for the Bombay Brasserie Culinary Experience is just £40 per person and includes a sumptuous feast, featuring the dishes that Prahlad so expertly creates in his restaurant, and a glass of champagne. Bookings will be taken from Monday to Friday for lunch only and are for a minimum of eight people.
