Nothing says summer like a limited edition flavour.

Laduree a French bakery specialising in macarons is continuing its partnership with Château d’Estoublon this summer to create Roseblood macarons.

This summer the macarons can also be purchased in a pretty new box. The design of the box takes you on a journey through Château d’Estoublon’s Garden of Eden with the snake as its guardian.

Nestled on the Alpilles, in the heart of Provence since 1489, Chateau d’Estoublon is a magical 300-hectare estate renowned for its exceptional olive oils and wines.

Roseblood by Chateau D’Estoublon is an elegant and delicate rosé, with a distinctive mineral freshness much loved by wine lovers and connoisseurs worldwide. It’s luminous pale rose colour bringing together Grenache, Cinsault and Tibouren in a zesty rosé, with a distinctive mineral freshness where notes of apricot and peony express themselves freely.

Just like the wine the macarons are elegant and fresh with unique floral notes.

They can be purchased in a mixed box along classical Laduree flavours such as pistachio – my favourite, fruity raspberry, coffee and vanilla to name a few.

The two brands have also created an exclusive collection, not only featuring macarons and the Roseblood wine but also sorbets, roseblood choux dessert, cocktails and an exclusive afternoon tea.

These can be enjoyed at an exclusive Roseblood Ladurée pop up terrace in Covent Garden. The rosé can be found at the Covent Garden pop up or as a takeaway at 26 pounds per bottle.
