Third-generation master butchers and supplier to London’s best restaurants, Tom Hixson of Smithfield, has joined forces with long-term collaborators, Heliot Steak House, to launch a limited edition premium fresh butchers’ box for UK-wide delivery.

Filled with cuts from producers that prioritise animal welfare and heritage, the special Easter box has been created in collaboration with Ioannis Grammenos, Executive Chef of Heliot Steak House and the world’s first Meatologist™.

A regular on the judging panel for the Lumina Challenge and Head Judge at World Steak Challenge, Ioannis works closely with the Tom Hixson team to source the cuts served at Heliot Steak House and has chosen his favourites to fill this special Easter box. 

The box features a Black Label Argentine Fillet from heritage Angus and Hereford breeds, Irish Kettyle bone marrow butter, and for a traditional Easter centrepiece, two free-range and grass-fed New Zealand (Lumina) Lamb Racks, reared on specially cultivated chicory and herb pastures.

Ioannis has also served up two of his favourite recipes with expert cooking tips and serving suggestions . Oenophiles can take inspiration from wine pairing recommendations from Heliot Steak House’s Head of Wine and General Manager, Salvo Russo, who has recommended his preferred vintages to serve with each cut.

With an RRP of £148.65, the limited-edition box is competitively priced at just £125, with free chilled delivery within two working days anywhere in the UK included.

All produce is carefully packed in specially designed meat boxes featuring four layers of protective insulation to ensure your produce is fully protected and arrives in perfect condition.
