Prices range from £19 for Salmon en Croute for 2, to £135 for a Beef Wellington with red wine jus for 6 people.

Available to order now, from the Wright Brothers website are four pan and oven-ready dishes: Salmon en Croute, Beef Wellington, Thai Red Fish Curry and Goan Fish Curry.

Salmon en Croute — for 2, 4 or (for delivery from 8 — 31 December only) 6 people

Layers of tender Var salmon – a premium and sustainably farmed salmon from the Faroe Islands flavoured with lemon and tarragon butter, encase fresh spinach. The fillet is draped in an all-butter puff pastry with a spiral wrap to help maintain the whole shape when sliced. Add-on the Wright Brothers’ chef’s tarragon sauce for the perfect finish. 

Prices start at £19 (for 2 people) then a limited-edition portion for 6 is available from £68 as of 8 December and through the festive period.

Beef Wellington — for 2, 4 or (for delivery from 8 — 31 December only) 6 people

 Wright Brothers have widened theIR net with this Beef Wellington. It’s made up of a centre loin fillet steak from grass-fed Hereford beef courtesy of HG Walter. This premium cut is wrapped in an all-butter puff pastry with a chestnut mushroom duxelle, combined with garlic, thyme and sherry vinegar.

Like the Salmon en Croute, this spiral pastry wrap maintains the integrity of the shape when portioned up. For an extra £5, diners can enjoy the Wright Brothers’ chef’s red wine jus and the whole meal is ready in under an hour.

Curry Kits – serves 2

In the Thai Red Fish Curry,prawns and locally caught monkfish  marry with lemongrass, coconut milk, pak choi, roasted baby corn and chestnut mushrooms in this creamy curry with a chili kick.

The Goan Fish Curry offers a rich and gently spiced Southern Indian curry sauce combined with roasted cauliflower that perfectly complements the fresh monkfish and juicy King prawns.

Add rice and a garnish of chopped coriander to serve. A midweek meal for two made in under 15 minutes.
