The Churchill Bar and Terrace
The Churchill Bar & Terrace is inviting guests to experience la belle vie with the launch of its Riviera Terrace, complemented by a refreshed food and spritz menu designed to transport guests to the South of France.
The outdoor space has been reimagined as a daytime destination, with a lunch service introduced for the first time.
The space melds British heritage and the relaxed glamour of the French Riviera to offer a serene escape in the heart of Marylebone. It is inspired by Sir Winston Churchill’s travels to the South of France and captures the spirit of light, leisure and effortless sophistication.
Featuring foliage such as lavender, wisteria, mimosas and hydrangeas to evoke the subtle allure of the Côte d’Azur, the terrace will also provide blankets and soft comfortable seating inviting guests to while away the afternoon over a long, leisurely meal.
The Nest at Treehouse Hotel
The rooftop bar The Nest known for its panoramic 360° city views, has partnered with Silverhand Estate to launch the British Summer Terrace – an elegant seasonal rooftop experience celebrating the very best of British summer.
Running until 31 August, the collaboration will showcase Silverhand Estate’s highly sustainable Silver Reign sparkling wines alongside classic British bites.
Crafted using the Charmat method, Silver Reign blends Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay for a crisp, refreshing finish.
Guests can enjoy Silver Reign by the glass, bottle or magnum while relaxing on the terrace throughout the summer.
A curated £20 food pairing menu features British favourites including Fish & Chips, Mini Yorkshire Bites and Eton Mess. For dessert, guests can cool off with the bespoke Silver Reign Strawberry Ice Cream (£9), made in-house especially for the season.
Based in the rolling countryside of Kent, Silverhand Estate is the UK’s largest single organic vineyard, spanning more than 900 acres. The vineyard is also the first in the UK to achieve carbon-negative status without offsetting, reflecting its commitment to sustainable winemaking.
Seabird Terrace
Seabird, the Iberian-inspired restaurant perched atop the 14th floor of The Hoxton, Southwark is bringing a summer series to the rooftop inspired by the slow, sun-soaked rhythm of Mediterranean coastal living.
From June to the end of August, Seabird will be an elevated escape from the capital, channelling the laidback energy of the Balearics.
A bespoke cocktail list led by Herradura will run throughout the season, with tequila serves including Hot Honey Margarita with apricot, ancho chilli and lime.
Big Salted Watermelon Highball with salted watermelon, amontillado and soda and Blood Orange Mule with blood orange, carrot, ginger and lime.
Each weekend throughout the summer, BBE Music will curate the terrace soundtrack with a rotating line-up of DJs.

This summer, Gaucho Argentinian steak restaurant invites guests to make the most of the longer days and warmer nights with the launch of its newly refreshed summer terraces. In partnership with ST-GERMAIN.
It promises a season-long celebration of refreshing cocktails, live music and al fresco dining, running from May to the end of September 2026 across its London terrace locations.
Guests can enjoy beautifully styled terrace spaces alongside a monthly live music programme. This features weekend roaming musicians in Richmond, a midweek three-piece band in Piccadilly and additional performances in Hampstead and Canary Wharf.
The Ivy Collection and Granary Square
The Ivy Collection and Granary Square have opened up their summer terraces, adored in green folage, it’s a perfect spot for al fresco dining.
In addition from May 13th guests can also enjoy The Ivy Edition menu, an elegantly crafted set menu that offers a more refined expression of The Ivy’s signature style, while staying true to its welcoming spirit.
The Ivy Edition menu is available at £34.95 for two courses or £41.95 for three.
The Ivy Edition presents a carefully balanced selection of dishes that blend timeless classics with contemporary flair.
Among the highlights is the Stracciatella, served with Black Bee Honey, bitter leaves and croutons, Truffled Chicken Kiev, enriched with wild garlic butter and served alongside smooth mashed potato and Roasted Salmon Supreme with pink peppercorn hollandaise.
