2009 heralds the 25th year for Sally Clarke[s eponymous restaurant and shop, Clarke[s, in Kensington Church Street. To mark her silver anniversary Sally has introduced a new evening menu to the restaurant. Renowned for her daily changing set dinner menu which is priced at £32 for 3 courses, it now runs alongside a wide choice of seasonal Clarke[s classics, interspersed with her daily changing specials such as Sardines al Saor and Roasted Breast of Hen Pheasant with white polenta, all of which are individually priced. Whilst the menu changes spark an evolution for Clarke’s, Sally’s sentiments remain the same: to offer a perfectly balanced menu using only the best and freshest ingredients of the season.
