Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex has created a special four course ‘Spices for Passion” Valentine menu which is available on Thursday 12, Friday 13 and of course Saturday 14 February.

The Ambassade de l’Ile (which opened last summer) has just been awarded a Michelin star. This follows hot on the heels of the AA announcement that they have been awarded three AA Rosettes.

Rossini de Poitrine et Foie gras de Canard,
Cerise en Aigre-doux

(Rossini of Breast and Foie Gras of Duck,
Sweet and Sour Cherries)

Soufflé chaud à la Passion,
Mousse au chocolat noir

(Hot Passion Fruit Soufflé
Dark Chocolate Mousse)

An optional cheese course is available.

£240 per couple to include a take-home gift of a half bottle of Billecart Salmon Rose and macaroons
