1 Williams pear, cut into wedges
28g chopped pecans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Assorted lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper
Slice the Bernard Matthews Farms Turkey Breast Slices into strips and mix with the lettuce. Dip the pear wedges in lemon juice to prevent browning and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper and drizzle over salad before serving.
