Moving Mountains Ultimate Big Daddy Burger

4 Moving Mountains Burgers

2 Large brioche bread buns


Grated vegan cheese

1 bag of rocket

1 white onion

Onion Rings

French fries


  1. First, prepare your ultimate toppings and sides. Begin by slicing your white onion into large chunky rings. Add your sliced onions to a saucepan with 3 tbsp of oil, then cook slowly on a low heat, until the onions begin to soften and caramelize.
  1. Next, put your french fries and onion rings onto a baking tray and cook in an oven for 20 minutes at 200 °C, or until golden and crispy.
  1. Slice your bread buns and using a dry frying pan, lightly toast the inside of your bread buns.
  1. Then, cook your Moving Mountains burgers following the on-pack instructions. When they look like they are nearly done, add a large handful of grated cheese on top of each burger. (Top tip: if your cheese isn’t melting, try covering the burgers with a pan lid, the steam will get trapped and melt the cheese!).
  1. Finally, stack those ultimate burgers!

Begin with your bottom bun, followed by coleslaw, your double cheeseburgers, rocket, Crispy onion rings and caramelized onions. Serve with fried and extra coleslaw for the ULTIMATE BIG DADDY Father’s Day burger treat!
