In celebration of Father’s Day, Brigadier’s has opened exclusively on Sunday and created an exclusive roast set menu which includes an array of sharing plates and stand out dishes.
Indian barbecue restaurant and sports bar, Brigadiers will be celebrating Father’s Day by opening on Sunday 19th June as a one-off for this special occasion.
To mark the day, guests dining on Father’s Day will be able to enjoy a set Father’s Day Feast (£70 p/p), Father’s Day Roast (£35.00 p/p) or choose dishes from their A La Carte menu. The Feast menu will include an array of sharing plates from Poppadoms and Chutneys, Achari Chicken Skins and Amritsari Fried Fish Paos.
For the main course, guests can choose from Archari Beef Short Rib, Sikandari Kid Goat Shoulder or Tawa Prawn Biryani. For those with a sweet tooth, Brigadiers will also be serving a choice of their famous Kulfi.
In celebration of Father’s Day, Brigadier’s has also created an exclusive roast set menu which includes an array of sharing plates such as Poppadoms and Chutneys, Indo Chinese Paneer Lettuce Cups and Achari Chicken Skins.
The highlight dish is a Wood Roasted Chargaah Chicken Feast served with Punjabi Lamb Keema, Yorkshire Pudding, Chaat Masala Aloo, Calcutta Spice Carrots and Tadka Greens.
What’s more, guests can enjoy the Free Flowing Bar Service (£25pp) which allows you to enjoy free flowing drinks including Prosecco, Cobra Lager, or a Guinness Black Velvet for two hours.
