Strawberry & Champagne Porridge
1 punnet strawberries
200ml champagne
100g Rude Health Daily Oats porridge
500ml milk
2 teaspoons honey

Cut off the top of the strawberries and slice in half.
Put into a bowl and pour over the champagne.
Allow to soak for an hour.
To cook the porridge, put the oats and milk in a pan.
Bring to the boil slowly then simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide the porridge into 2 bowls, drizzled a teaspoon of honey over each and then spoon on the champagne strawberries.

100g Rude Health’s Fruity Date porridge
500ml milk
4 tablespoons double cream to serve

Put the oats and milk in a pan.
Bring to the boil slowly then simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide into 2 bowls and drizzle with cream.
