Quaglino’s celebrates’the season of the chef ‘ with all things Autumnal and Seafood Week

This October, Quaglino’s will join D&D London’s’Wild Table’ campaign offering a month of exclusive events and menus that celebrate the best of Autumn’s ingredients and National Seafood Week.

From 6-13 October, Quaglino’s will showcase it’s exquisite’Fruits De Mer’ seafood platter in celebration of National Seafood Week. Offering the ultimate taste of the sea, the impressive dish will include lobster, oysters, crab, clams, mussels, prawns and much more for one week only!

For those seeking the’Autumnal taste’ Quaglino’s are offering a five-course truffle dinner on Tuesday 17th October. Held in the stunning Prince of Wales private dining room, guests will enjoy a delicious truffle menu curated by Executive Chef James Hulme and carefully paired with a selection of wines featuring Bordeaux.

The bespoke menu will take guests on the ultimate’truffle journey’, starting with Jerusalem artichoke & truffle brie sandwich followed by winter truffle ravioli and alba truffle. Pan fried scallops, truffle cauliflower purée and apple is next, followed by a main of roast Hereford beef fillet, sauce perigeux and truffle pont neuf. Completing the evening will be an indulgent dessert of white chocolate & truffle, panna cotta, ice cream, and tuille.
