Celebrate Summer Time in London with a Selection of Botanical Tipples

Award-winning Pan Asian restaurant and Latin bar, Chino Latino, located on London’s Albert Embankment, are launching a selection of floral cocktails perfectly timed to celebrate the changing of the seasons.

Arriving just in time for The Chelsea Flower Show, the talented mixologists in the bar have created three delicious new drinks that feature botanicals as the star of the show.

The bespoke cocktails on offer include the aptly named Smell the Roses, a heady blend of Warner Edwards’Melissa’ Lemon balm gin, St Germain Elderflower liqueur, flowering Jasmine tea and Peychaud bitters all garnished with a spray of rose water, edible flowers and served with a lemongrass straw.

The second drink to be created is the Blood Orange Blossom, featuring the citrus flavours of Absolut Mandarin, Chambord, Cointreau, cranberry, lime and grenadine polished off with mint, a slice of blood orange and appetising pansies.

Last but by no means least is the Brazilian Basil Fizz, which draws upon Chino Latino’s Latin influences. The cocktail includes Cachaça, Elderflower liqueur, Agave syrup, lemon juice and basil and is topped with Prosecco.

The cocktails are priced between £11 – £12 and will be available until the end of June. Chino Latino
