Babur is sponsoring the Horniman’s 125th Anniversary programme and launching Together In Bloom—a limited-edition menu inspired by the Museum’s renowned gardens.

Available until 20 September, the seasonal menu showcases the flavours and fragrances of herbs and botanicals grown throughout the Horniman Gardens.

Executive Chef Jiwan Lal and Head Mixologist Rupam Talukdar have combined ingredients including wild lavender, catmint, rosemary and thyme with Babur’s distinctive Indian flavours to create dishes and cocktails that celebrate nature, sustainability and the spirit of the local community.

Alongside the menu, Babur has also introduced a commemorative Together In Bloom cocktail gift set, featuring two bottled serves inspired by the Horniman Gardens. The gift set will be available from the restaurant, through Babur’s website and in the Horniman Museum and Gardens gift shop during the anniversary celebrations.

The collaboration was inspired by a visit to the gardens by Babur founder Emdad Rahman, Executive Chef Jiwan Lal and Head Mixologist Rupam Talukdar, guided by the Horniman’s Head of Horticulture, Errol Fernandes.

The partnership builds on Babur’s ongoing commitment to supporting local cultural organisations and strengthening community connections.

Following its 40th anniversary celebrations last year, the restaurant continues to invest in the neighbourhood that has been central to its success since opening in 1985.

Together In Bloom is available as both a tasting menu and an à la carte selection until 20 September.

The Together In Bloom cocktail gift set (£12.95) is available from Babur, via its website and at the Horniman Museum and Gardens gift shop throughout the anniversary season.
