Following the success of Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings’ sell-out weekend brunch, B&H Garden Room will be building on this, launching a stylish brunch on Saturday 2nd February.
Not just a typical brunch menu, B&H Garden Room will offer twists on traditional dishes to create something for everyone; to satisfy those looking for something sweet, savoury, healthy or indulgent, with classic egg dishes, seasonal smoothie bowls and vegan waffles featuring on the menu.
Alongside this, the B&H cocktail team have created an innovative version of the Bloody Mary, the B&H Garden Mary, which can be uniquely tailored through the choice of different spirits, juices and salt combinations – all set to the background of London’s skyline.
Putting a new spin on the usual brunch offerings, alongside the likes of Eggs Royale and a Full English, B&H Garden Room will also offer other dishes including:
Sweet Potato Frittaffle (frittata meets waffle) with Fried Duck Egg
Eggs in Red Wine
Green Baked Eggs All Mixed Up
Steak and Egg Breakfast Salad
Healthy, gluten-free and vegan options will also feature, such as a Seasonal Smoothie bowl, Chia and Flaxseed Granola with coconut yoghurt and vegan or gluten-free waffles topped with a combination of blueberries and coconut yoghurt or toasted hazelnuts and caramelised banana.
With vast floor to ceiling glass windows, Garden Room offers spectacular views across central London from every seat.
