Designed to celebrate Bombay Sapphire and its vapour infused 10 botanicals, visitors to the SUSHISAMBA TreeTerrace up until 30th August can discover a new menu of alchemistic serves created by bartender, Rich Woods, Head of Spirit and Cocktail Development at the world famous SUSHISAMBA.
Featuring an alternative selection of avant-Ã¢â‚¬Âgarde serves, The Artistry in Alchemy takes inspiration from the worldly botanicals found in every drop of Bombay Sapphire with the menu fusing unusual ingredients from around the world, including matcha green tea, yuzu juice, kaffir lime leaf and coffee infused aromatised wine. Each serve will provide a truly memorable drinking experience for cocktail lovers, and the unique setting on 38th floor of the City Skyscraper is the perfect location for gin enthusiasts to enjoy Bombay Sapphire’s Artistry in Alchemy this summer.
Rich Woods was crowned’Bombay Sapphire’s World’s Most Imaginative Bartender UK & Ireland’ in 2014. Known for his unique creations, and innovative approach to mixology, Rich takes inspiration from the vapour infused liquid of Bombay Sapphire to produce a menu which really celebrates Artistry in Alchemy.
