This February, Clerkenwell townhouse Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings has launched a brand-new menu centred around seasonality and championing British produce.

This new menu will span the restaurant’s evening and weekend brunch menus, as well as the Living Bar’s cocktail menu.

Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings are committed to sourcing sustainable, high-quality ingredients from local producers and creating dishes from scratch wherever possible.

Dishes are created using in-season produce, alongside ingredients that have been fermented, freeze dried, preserved and batched during their peak production time for use throughout the year; resulting in flavourful, interesting menus that change seasonally.
