This April, the newly opened flagship Bukowski Grill, in the heart of Soho, launches a new weekend brunch offering.

Inspired by an American diner, Bukowski Grill showcases British produce cooked over charcoal in a josper oven as well as their signature range of hamburgers.  For brunch, Bukowski Founder and Head Chef Robin Freeman has conjured up some comforting dishes aimed at putting people in a good mood.

House-made buttermilk waffles are a big deal at Bukowski and can be topped with a fried egg and bacon or with fresh fruit, vanilla cream and syrup..

The brunch menu also showcases dishes focusing on poached eggs on either sourdough or organic flour rolls, such as BBQ Benne, with smoked pulled pork and hot hollandaise; Reuben hash pastrami, potatoes, sauer kraut, Swiss cheese & Russian dressing, and baked eggs in a spiced tomato and pepper sauce with yoghurt, seed and sourdough crumb topping and merques sausages.

Or try the Chesapeake, with Deep-fried soft shell crab, rocket, poached eggs and hot sauce hollandaise.  A few sides include Skinny fries, triple cooked beef dripping potatoes & sweet onions and waldorf slaw.

You can get your caffeine fix with an Espresso Martini or if you are a tea fan, try the Darjeeling sour featuring tea infused gin, or if marmalade’s your thing, try the Breakfast Margarita with orange marmalade and tequila.

And if you’re after something to take the edge off the night before why not try a house special or a Tokyo Bloody Mary, including wasabi and yazu?
