Burns Night Supper at the Devonshire Club
Devonshire Club, in the heart of the City, will be hosting a traditional Burns Night supper which draws inspiration from the Scottish larder. The meal will commence with a steaming bowl of Cock-a-leekie soup, followed by the classic show-stopping dish of haggis, neeps & tatties or an indulgent Arbroath smokies fish pie.
For dessert, guests will be treated to a rich and fruity Cranachan and whisky-laced coffee, accompanied by a deep-fried Mars Bar. Diners will also enjoy performances from an internationally acclaimed piper Matthew Supranowicz, who won the world championship in 2015 with the pipe band Shotts and Dykehead.

WHISKY 101 at The Gallery
The Gallery in West Hampstead has become renowned for its dual fascinations – whisky and beer. With over 101 whiskies behind the bar – including many impressive and lesser-known Scotch – and a strong beer list, it is the go to West London bar for a boilermaker.
This Burns Night, The Gallery has created a drinks menu for the evening which celebrates a selection of their favourite whiskies and Scottish beers. Burn’s Night Festivities at Netherby Hall and Pentonbridge Inn, Cumbria
Celebrate the life and poetry of Robert Burns on Saturday 20th January at the Cumbrian mansion Netherby Hall, followed by a stay at sister property Pentonbridge Inn, a cosy pub with rooms located just metres from the Scottish border.
Guests will be hosted by the hall’s owners Gerald and Margo Smith with Lady MacGregor of MacGregor (broadcaster Fiona Armstrong) as toastmaster and will enjoy a traditional supper in Netherby’s Oak Hall featuring soup, haggis, neeps & tatties and cranachan, as well as a glass of whisky or wine to toast.
There will also be an array of speakers as well as singing including local piper Nigel Bell of the Langholm Pipe Band to welcome in the haggis. Afterwards, guests can retreat to nearby Pentonbridge Inn for a comfortable overnight stay in one of the nine luxuriously designed bedrooms.

The Selkirk Grace will be recited, the haggis piped in, addressed and toasted, the immortal memory enacted, live music played, toasts to the lassies and a vote of thanks as the dinner draws to a close with everyone joining hands for a rendition of Auld Lang Syne.

Burns Night Feast At Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen
This Burns Night, guests at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen can raise a glass in celebration of Robert Burns and enjoy a traditional night of Scottish fare. A six-course feast of delicious, hearty Scottish food will be paired with six Balvenie malt whiskies, including a personal introduction of each whisky from a Balvenie Brand Ambassador.
The evening begins with a whisky cocktail and a selection of canapes including haggis croquettes, smoked salmon and langoustines, blood orange bisque. Next, guests can tuck in to heather smoked highland venison, Orkney Scallop served with crispy sea vegetables and the main of Highland longhorn beef served with traditional swede, pearl barley, crispy onions and mustard cream. OnTuesday 23rd January, the City’s favourite gastropub, The Jugged Hare, will be celebrating the works and spirit of Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, with a one-night-only Traditional Burns Night Dinner, featuring five delicious courses with carefully selected wines to match.
Priced at £75 per person, expect Scottish-inspired dishes including; haggis croquettes with whisky HP sauce; roast loin and braised belly of Herdwick mutton, Ã¢â‚¬Ëœhaggis bomb’; and Ã¢â‚¬Ëœdeep fried Mars bar’ with Glenfiddich ice cream. Burn’s Night menu at Smith & Wollensky
In addition, to celebrate Burn’s Night this year, Smith & Wollensky have created a special menu that revels in all things Scottish with their American twist.Executive Chef, Tom Cook has created a three course menu in collaboration with Naked Grouse whisky that will be served 24-26 January inclusive, and will be priced at £55 per person.
Guests will start the meal the traditional way with a noggin of Naked Grouse whisky followed by arguably the most renowned Macsween Haggis with neeps and tatties and a red wine jus.
This will be followed by a 225g Scottish fillet of beef and accompanied by pan roasted wild mushrooms, creamed spinach and french fries. The meal will be rounded off by the traditional Scottish dessert of Cranachan.
