Cinnamon Kitchen City, the modern Indian restaurant by Executive Chef Vivek Singh that pioneered live cooking celebrates its 15th anniversary this year

To mark the occasion, they’re launching Thrill of the Grill – a dynamic and lively Indian feast bringing together 15 of the restaurant’s best-loved dishes, from past and present, on one exclusive celebratory menu for just £48 per person.

Available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 23rd June – 27th August, you can go on a culinary adventure through the years and watch Vivek’s kitchen brigade prepare each of the dishes live from the centre stage open grill.

The 15-dish feasting menu begins with a classic samosa smash and Dahi Balla chaat, followed by tandoori chicken leg tikka; chargrilled pork ribs; and grilled pink aubergine. More dishes will arrive, including chargrilled cauliflower; seared black bream fillet; and ox cheek vindaloo, before it all ends on a sweet note with a royal Punjabi malai kulfi and a sweet ginger toffee pudding.

Head Chef Raju Ramachandran has been with the restaurant since the day it opened and has worked on the grill menu with Vivek. A wine pairing per course, carefully selected by Cinnamon Kitchen’s Wine Expert, Laurent Chaniac is also available.
