Due to popular demand the Claire Clark Afternoon Tea at Harvey Nichols’ Fifth Floor Restaurant has been extended until 10th October.
The outrageously delicious Afternoon Tea is a celebration of the world’s most fashionable cities with New York, Paris, Milan and of course good old London inspired sandwiches, exquisite cakes and freshly made scones with a selection of jams.
The Claire Clark collaboration with Harvey Nichols is the first time ever that Claire’s famous cakes have been available outside the many restaurants and hotels she’s worked with. Amongst her past employees are The French Laundry, the 3 Michelin starred restaurant in California and The Wolseley, Claridges, The Ritz and the House of Commons.
Claire has taken inspiration for her unique Afternoon Tea from her childhood favourites and created a mountain of nostalgic treats that please the eye just as much as the taste buds.
On the menu look out for; jaffa cake macaroons, fizzy strawberry marshmallows, toffee bark with salted pecans, mint rocky road and caramel corn, as well as cakes like orange, pistachio and semolina cake and rhubarb and spelt cake.
To accompany these tasty morsels, a special bespoke tea blend has been created that combines Earl Grey with a light fragrant lavender note.
The Claire Clark Afternoon Tea is available until the 10th Ocotber at the newly refurbished Fifth Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols priced at £35-£50 depending on your choice of tea, Cuvée or Rosé.
Whilst the Afternoon Tea is only available until this weekend, Claire Clark’s Patisserie is open at the Harvey Nichols Foodmarket until 18th November.
