On Tuesday 8th November from 3pm – 4pm, Tanqueray No. TEN is holding a ticketed cocktail and perfume pairing masterclass, hosted by fashion icon, Sophia Neophitou, and special guests Azzi Glasser, founder of The Perfumer’s Story and head bartender at the Savoy, Kyle Wilkinson. The Future Laboratory, World Class Future of Cocktails Report has revealed that bartenders are increasingly using scent to enhance the sensory experience of the cocktail, and to activate a deeper, emotional connection through the sense of smell and taste.
Exploring this fascinating link between cocktail craft and scent, Tanqueray No. TEN has partnered with The Perfumer’s Story and The Savoy’s Beaufort Bar to create an immersive masterclass for ticket holders, who will discover how to create cocktails to replicate the fragrance of Azzi’s signature perfumes.
This partnership marks the second within the Perfect Ten Series, a campaign celebrating the craftsmanship behind some of the UK’s most innovative and creative luxury brands.

Guests to The Savoy’s Beaufort Bar can order the Fever 54 cocktail, which is based on the scents and botanicals of The Perfumer’s Story’s signature fragrance. The Fever 54 combines Tanqueray No. TEN with lemon juice, sandle wood maraschino and banana and violet falenum, which pairs perfectly with the Fever 54 fragrance from The Perfumer’s Story.
