Côte at Home have launched a special Mother’s Day treat with a luxurious home dining menu designed by Gordon Ramsay’s former executive chef Steve Allen.

Steve and his team have created a delicious Beef Wellington, one of the hardest dishes to cook at home, with a three course meal ready in less than 90 minutes.

The Mother’s Day special starts with Pont-l’Évêque cheese with pickled carrots and cucumber, almond romesco dip, sourdough baguette & truffle saucisson.

The main course of Beef Wellington with peppercorn sauce is served with confit new potatoes, rosemary roasted root vegetables and braised red cabbage.

All you have to do (not mum!) is to pop it in the oven and while you wait, why not treat your mum to a chilled bottle of Laurent-Perrier La Cuveé Champagne (£49.95) or Rosé Champagne (£69.95), gift additions to the home delivery special service.

To finish there’s a special dessert of chocolate roulade with pistachio ganache and cherry compote. This three course meal for four people costs £114.95.

If you prefer a different main course Côte At Home has the same box but with Duck Confit and Orange Jus instead of the Wellington and this is for two and four people (£54.95/£99.95). The two person option comes with 2x Crème Caramel instead of the roulade.

Cote’s Executive chef Steve Allen has worked at Michelin starred restaurants, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Petrus and he opened Gordon Ramsay at Claridges which won a Michelin star within its first year. During Steve’s time at Claridges, he went from Junior Sous Chef to Head Chef and then Executive Chef and worked on all of Gordon Ramsay’s books From ‘Secret’s’ to ‘World Kitchen’.
