Luxury tequila brand Don Julio and Ella Canta are hosting a Cinco de Mayo brunch to mark Mexico’s national holiday
The Don Julio tequila and Ella Canta Cinco de Mayo brunch menu is available on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th May and priced at £39 per person.
Cinco de Mayo, a celebration of colour, has evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage and is the perfect excuse to feast with family and friends over a long weekend brunch.
Mexican fine dining restaurant and bar Ella Canta will be offering a bespoke brunch paired with Don Julio cocktails, highlighting the brand’s range of premium variants.
The three-course menu will feature an array of tasty Mexican brunch dishes including Quesadilla with corn and Oaxaca cheese, Fried eggs over corn tortillas and Mexican churros to finish.
Each course will be paired with a Don Julio cocktail, perfectly crafted to complement the ingredients and flavours in each dish. Drinks will include Tommy’s Margarita made with Don Julio Blanco tequila, Toreodor paired with Don Julio Reposado and finally Paloma cocktail, made with Don Julio Añejo tequila.
